How It Works

How Pre-Orders Work

Every piece is made specifically for you — not mass produced. Here's exactly how it works.

01

You Find a Piece You Want

Browse the pre-order catalog and select your item, size, and color. Custom and limited pieces are marked as Pre-order. These are made exclusively for the people who order them — not sitting in a warehouse.

You Pay a Deposit to Hold Your Spot

Instead of paying full price upfront for something that isn’t made yet, you pay a smaller deposit. This secures your size and locks in your order. The remaining balance is only charged when your item ships.

03

Orders Collect Until the Minimum is Reached

Each item has a minimum order quantity — a number of orders needed before production can start. You can see the live progress on every product page. This is how we keep quality high and waste low. No overproduction, no markdowns.

Production is Triggered

The moment we hit the minimum order quantity manufacturing begins immediately. You’ll get an email right away. Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Every single item goes through quality control before it leaves the facility.

05

Your Balance is Charged & Your Order Ships

Once quality is approved your remaining balance is charged and your order ships with a full tracking number. You’ll get an email at every step from this point — quality approved, shipped, and delivered.

What If the MOQ Isn't Reached?

If we don’t collect enough orders within 90 days your deposit is fully refunded — no questions asked. We’ll email you right away and your remaining balance is never charged. Ever.

Why Does ESK Do It This Way?

Because every piece is made specifically for the people who ordered it — not mass produced and discounted later. Pre-orders mean your item is rare, intentional, and built to last. That’s Street Knowledge.
