How Pre-Orders Work

Browse the Lucid Collection and select your item, size, and color. Every piece is made exclusively for the people who order it.

Pay Your Deposit
Secure your order with a deposit — approximately one third of the total price. Your size and color are locked in the moment your deposit is received.

Orders Collect
We collect orders until we hit our minimum of 50. You can watch the progress bar on each product page update in real time.

Production Triggers
The moment we hit 50 orders manufacturing begins immediately. You will receive an email notification the moment this happens.

Quality Check & Balance
Every piece goes through quality control before it leaves the facility. Your remaining balance is charged only after quality is approved.

Delivered to You
Your order ships with full tracking information. You will receive email updates at every step from production through delivery.

EMAIL 6: Delivered
Sent once your carrier marks the package as delivered. Includes a support link if anything needs attention.
